Commander Will Miller, CDR USN Ret.
Commander Will Miller, Ret., is a graduate of Virginia Tech, holds a Master’s of Education degree from the College of William & Mary, and a Certificate in National Security Management from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces (ICAF).
He is a former Naval Officer, decorated Vietnam combat veteran, educator, advisor, futurist, and former briefer to U.S. Commanders-in-Chief, and senior Department of Defense (DoD) & White House Staff.
Commander Miller’s diverse positions and accomplishments include:
- Advisor to U.S. Space Command & the Supreme Allied Commander – Atlantic for World-War III, nuclear, technological, and natural disaster planning, survival & COOP.
- Senior Technology Support Officer; US Atlantic Command.
- Senior Analyst in future counter-threat planning, directed-energy weapons, space systems, & Navy space war-gaming; SAIC Corp.
- International Counterdrug Operations, detection & monitoring systems, programs, & technology; U.S. Southern Command.
- With the late Sir Arthur C. Clark and Apollo-14 Astronaut Ed Mitchell, served on an Advisory Board for Space Cooperation & Development.
.He is a member the American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars, is a community leader & lecturer, active in Rotary International and is a Past District Governor for 47 Rotary Clubs on the Central Florida Gulf Coast.
CDR Miller is the grandson of Elton W. Miller, former Director of Aeronautics for NACA, predecessor of NASA.
